Amazon: Convenient for readers; reviews and pre-orders on Amazon help spread the word about a book more than anywhere else. Authors typically make 70% of E-book sales and around 15% of physical copies.
BookBaby: If you don't want to support Amazon, and want the most $ to go back into the writer's pocket - this is the best choice. BB Author's make 85% of E-book sales and around 50% for physical copies.
Barnes and Noble: Similar to Amazon for author profits.
